Go above and beyond! Take time to enjoy the journey because its "YOUR" journey!
Welcome to my personal website.
I created this website to help you get to know me better. I believe that you can teach almost anyone how to do a job, but what you cannot teach comes from your desire within. This is what I call your self-expressed DNA. It's your lifestyle and your culture. Let me share my DNA with you. I am passionate about everything I do. I am an extremely loyal and dedicated individual who moves through life with a high level of integrity. I am authentic and very much a people person who can walk into a crowded room and speak to “the room” or to each person in the room with sincerity. I revel in building strong relationships and grateful for each and every connection made. A goal-driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset that applies creativity and thinks outside the box to establish problem-solving strategies. I think of myself as a mentor-type leader that enjoys helping individuals develop their strengths. I manage by influence with a highly collaborative style which helps drive results. I thrive in fast-paced environments that are filled with organized chaos that is goal-driven. I have a “can-do” attitude who appreciates working smarter not harder, and who is not afraid to delegate to others to achieve the best results. I try to seize every opportunity possible to make progress and grow a brand In my free time, I am an avid equestrian and riding instructor that cherishes the success of great teamwork. It is the key element in building confidence in both horse and rider. There is nothing quite as rewarding as the epiphany of figuring something out yourself on top of a powerful animal and then riding as if you have become one. Whether on or off a horse I am resilient and creative when I am faced with challenges. If you are interested in discussing how I might be able to help your organization and be a part of your team.

Questions & Answers

What are your long-term goals?
Finding a career that will give me a variety, and allow me to work collaboratively with an amazing team to develop and implement strategies that set an organization up for success.
What are you working on right now?
Searching for the next opportunity that would offer me purpose, passion, and meaningful employment. At an organization where I can grow both personally and professionally. A career enriched by helping others, animals, or the environment. A cause that resonates with me, and where I can have the opportunity to make a difference and develop a strong brand. In the meantime, I am consulting for a non-profit, volunteering, and teaching weekly horseback riding lessons.
What tools do you use?
In both my professional and personal life I enjoy building strong relationships. These relationships are the core of my strong support network that keeps me inspired, creative and resilient when faced with challenges.
Describe your greatest accomplishment.
My Family! I have three beautiful, loving, and successful children who are just good humans. I have an autistic grandson. My grandchildren make me want to be a better person and make our world kinder and more compassionate. Lastly, but not least my rock my foundation my husband of 36 years that supports all my energy.

Who are your main influences?
  • My mother; a single mother who raised me to be a strong and independent woman with a kind and caring heart.
  • My first riding instruction; who taught me never to give up and taught me the value of hard work and teamwork
  • All my previous mentors;  who selfishly shared the spotlight with me and trusted my abilities and allowed me to shine.
Why did you choose your profession?
It chose me! I love volunteering. While working for a corporation the CEO started a foundation for their cause initiative. At the time, I  was in a role where I was working on the foundation's contracts & marketing. I was always volunteering and bringing new ideas to the table. Eventually, the CEO asked me to manage the foundation's programs. I was honored and blessed to have the opportunity to be part of this cause since the inception.  I love being the voice for those without a voice whether animal or mankind. I was passionate about finding new ways to reach more people.  The more people we connected with meant the more people we could serve. I wanted to build a stronger brand to help strengthen more families.
